Paper (Abstract and Full paper)
Papers that do not conform to all specifications will not be accepted and automatically be rejected.
Presentation
We recommend you to use Microsoft Power Point 1997-2003 as the visual aid for the presentation.
Please leave an allowance of 5 minutes at the end of the presentation for questions and answers.
Visas
Foreign delegates, from countries other than the South East Asian Countries, are advised to inquire as soon as possible at the nearest Thai Consulate or Embassy whether a visa is required for their stay in Thailand.
Please inform the conference committee by e-mail : cuads2011@gmail.com, if you experience difficulty in obtaining a visa to come to Thailand and participate in CU:ADS2011.
Letter of Introduction (LOI) for visa entry purposes
If you require an LOI, please indicate so when registering for the conference. The LOI can only be issued upon successful registration and payment. You are advised to register early to allow time for processing.
Letters of Invitation
Official letters of invitation (without financial commitment) to help overcome administrative difficulties in some countries can be sent up on written request to the conference committee by e-mail: cuads2011@gmail.com
Insurance
The organizers are not responsible for medical, travel and luggage insurance of the conference participants.
Attendants are strongly advised to take out their own personal insurance before departure.
